How to measure
  • ANeck: from the centre front of your neck, or adam’s apple, around and back to the front.
  • BWrist: wrap the tape around the slimmest part of your wrist, just below the wrist bone.

All measurements in centimetres / inches. The inch figures are the printed chart; the centimetre figures are converted from them and rounded to the nearest half centimetre. Row labels link to the replacement neck and wrist gaskets. Measure snug, not tight, so the latex seals without restricting you.
